These terms govern your use of sinnershotarchery.com and any purchase made through it. By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who We Are

SinnerShot Archery is a bow shop located at 1822 Skyway Drive, Unit M, Longmont, CO 80504. You can reach us at info@sinnershotarchery.com or (720) 745-8181.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
  • Use the site to transmit anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the site, including through automated scraping or excessive requests
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the site

Products & Pricing

We make a reasonable effort to keep product descriptions, availability, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission, and to cancel or refuse any order arising from one, even after an order has been submitted.

Items shown as in stock are subject to actual availability at the shop. Some products, including custom bow builds and custom arrow orders, are built or assembled to your specifications after ordering and may take additional time.

Orders & Payment

Online orders are processed through BigCommerce's checkout and its payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Services

Bow setups, tuning, repairs, and custom arrow building are performed at our shop and priced as described on our Process page at the time of service. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with shop volume and part availability.

At the moment we are only a PSE, Bowtech, Bear, Elite, and Expedition Archery dealer. We can work on other bow manufacturer bows such as Hoyt and Mathews, but in the event that parts are needed to fix or tune your bow, we cannot order parts other than strings and cables.

Returns & Warranty

Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled in person at our shop or by contacting us directly, since they depend on the specific product and its condition. Manufacturer warranties, where they apply, are honored according to that manufacturer's own terms.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the SinnerShot Archery name and branding, belongs to SinnerShot Archery LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SinnerShot Archery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for gross negligence where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
